Custom Location Feature Launch Terms

Draft operational terms for the II Watercolor launch period. These terms may be refined as the program evolves.

1. Program scope

II Watercolor may select hotels, restaurants, cultural places, destinations, studios or brands for a complimentary custom location feature during the launch period. Submission does not guarantee approval, production or publication.

2. Reference photos

By submitting reference photos, you confirm that you own or control the rights necessary to share them with II Watercolor for review and artistic transformation. Do not upload images that you do not have permission to use.

3. People and private rights

Submitted photos should not contain recognizable people unless you already hold the necessary releases. You are responsible for ensuring that private property, brand, artwork, interior and privacy rights are cleared for the submitted references and intended use.

4. Artistic transformation

II Watercolor may create new ink and watercolor-style artworks inspired by approved reference photos. The final artworks are artistic interpretations, not technical reproductions or guaranteed architectural records.

5. Publication and credit

For complimentary launch features, you grant II Watercolor permission to display approved final artworks on iiwatercolor.com and in portfolio, editorial, launch and outreach communication, with reasonable credit and/or link to your property or project where appropriate.

6. Complimentary licence

If your feature is approved and final artworks are delivered, II Watercolor may grant a complimentary, non-exclusive launch licence for approved communication uses such as website, newsletter, social media, press kit, guest materials, brochures and hospitality/editorial storytelling.

7. Restrictions

The complimentary licence does not allow resale, sublicensing, merchandising, NFT use, AI training, redistribution as stock imagery, or transfer to third parties without written approval.

8. Copyright

Copyright in the final artworks remains with II Watercolor/the artist unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. The partner receives usage rights only for the approved scope.

9. Review and removal

II Watercolor may decline, pause, edit, unpublish or remove a custom feature if rights, quality, brand fit or legal concerns arise.
