Founding Partners Licensing Program

Free download for approved launch partners only. Prior application and manual review required.

For a limited launch period, selected UK and US projects may apply for an approved complimentary licence to use one or more artworks in editorial, hospitality, cultural or design contexts.

Every application is reviewed manually. Approved partners receive a written Complimentary Launch Licence, high-resolution file and licence code. Download is free upon prior approval — not an open archive or royalty-free library.

What approved partners receive

  • High-resolution file without watermark — format and dimensions vary per artwork (shown on each artwork page)
  • PDF Complimentary Launch Licence
  • Unique licence code
  • 12 months use for the declared project
  • Attribution guidelines

What this is not

  • Not open access — free download only after prior approval
  • Not royalty-free or stock imagery
  • Not exclusive or perpetual
  • Not for resale, merchandising or AI training
  • Not automatic — every application is reviewed

How it works

  1. Choose an artwork from our available artworks
  2. Click Apply for complimentary launch licence
  3. Complete the application with your project details
  4. If selected, receive your file and licence within two business days

Limited selection: up to one approved project per day during the launch period. 60 approval slots remaining this month.

New artworks are added to the catalogue every week.

Application limits

Application limit: A maximum of 2 applications per applicant during the launch period. For additional requests, email licensing@iiwatercolor.com with your project details and explain why you need further licences.
