Complimentary Launch Licence — Founding Partners Program

Launch period ends September 30, 2026. Renewal of the program may be considered based on results.
Grant of licence
Upon manual approval, II Watercolor grants the applicant a non-exclusive Complimentary Launch Licence for one specified artwork, valid for 12 months from the approval date, solely for the declared project and context.
Permitted use
- Editorial, hospitality, cultural or design use as declared in the application
- United Kingdom and United States projects only
- Digital and print use within the approved project scope
Restrictions
- Valid only for the use, site and project declared in the application
- Non-exclusive, non-transferable, no sublicensing
- No resale of the file, no merchandising, no NFT, no AI training
- Copyright remains with the artist
- Credit required when technically possible (Artwork © II Watercolor)
- Applicant must provide final publication URL when requested
Duration & renewal
Licence duration is 12 months from approval — not perpetual. Renewal may be available on request and may convert to a standard paid licence.
Approval
All applications are reviewed at the sole discretion of II Watercolor. Approval is limited to a curated selection during the launch period. No file is delivered without written approval and licence PDF.
Each applicant may submit a maximum of 2 applications during the launch period. For additional requests, contact licensing@iiwatercolor.com with your project details and explain why you need further licences.
Portfolio use
With permission, II Watercolor may feature approved projects as founding partner references in portfolio and marketing materials.
